Lives: Edinburgh, Scotland, with husband, anesthesiologist Neil Murray, and kids Jessica (b. July 1993), David (b. March 2003) and Mackenzie (b. January 2005).
Books: Twelve to date - the seven Harry Potter books as well as Quidditch Through the Ages, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, The Tales of Beedle the Bard, Casual Vacancy, The Cuckoo's Calling  

Currently: Rowling is currently working on Dr. Who books and screenwriting an extension of the wizarding world through Warner Bros.  The current project will be a series and about Newt Scamander pseudonym author of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them
